2.Servo hydraulic control technology: The hydraulic system adopts servo control technology to realize fast operation and braking functions of feeding,pressure head lifting, demoulding, and material feeding. The operation process adopts flexible automatic control technology to reduce hydraulic shock,low noise,and comprehensively improve the production efficiency and stability of the whole machine.
3.Hydraulic mixing and feeding technology:The hydraulic mixing and feeding device is used to effectively solve the problem of uneven material distribution in super-large block forming machines,thereby improving the quality and strength of products.
4.Airbag clamping technology:Both the upper and lower molds adopt airbag clamping technology,which has accurate positioning and quick installation.
5.Airbag shock absorption system:The mold box adopts an air bag shock absorption system with adjustable shock absorption effect,which can reduce working noise and increase service life.
6.Intelligent control system:PLC intelligent control and HMI dialogue system are adopted to realize random signal analysis,fault diagnosis and various parameter settings.Easy to operate and has a high degree of automation.
